Please email my blog (and related blogs) to your representatives and to anyone else you know.
You can contact your representatives through their websites, typically, which can be found at the following sites. If you are not sure which district you live in, you can get that information at the following sites as well.
Alternatively, you can email a letter in opposition to unjustified prenatal homicide to your Senator by simply addressing the note to your Senator in the following manner:
The Honorable ___________________ United States Senate Washington, D.C. 20510
For representatives in the House, the address would look like this:
The Honorable _________________ United States House of Representatives Washington, D.C. 20515
One can also call the Washington switchboard at 202-456-1111.
A short note (or statement) of opposition might look like this:
Dear Sir,
I am opposed to unjustified homicide in general. This includes unjustified prenatal homicide, which is a species of homicide often talked about under the term 'abortion', which is a euphemism, if ever there was one. The 'right to choose' is also an euphemism. Lacking specificity, it covers up what is being chosen: prenatal homicide against an innocent human being, usually in the context of consensual sexual relations for reasons of convenience when there are no true health risks to the mother. All human beings deserve equal protection under the law with respect to unjustified homicide. For politicians and judges to exclude a known group of human beings from the basic protection of the law (in terms of unjustified homicide) and then grant other groups, i.e., women and doctors, a special privilege to kill those excluded without adequate justification, is for politicians and judges to make a mockery of the moral law, the Declaration of Independence, and the 14th Amendment, essentially undermining the very principles they might use to defend their own lives if the government granted another group the privilege of killing them.
